I'm Seo Martinez, a licensed General Contractor in Bend, and I've called this place home for over 25 years. Before I was building and repairing homes, I spent years guiding people — ten teaching folks to snowboard, twenty more taking them down the Deschutes. Guiding is still what I do; the setting just changed.
Bend is where my wife Kristen and I built our life and are raising our two kids, surrounded by the Cascades and a community we love. My path into this work started when we bought our first home and renovated it ourselves, top to bottom. That's when I earned my general contractor's license and founded Bend Home 360.
Over the years, I noticed something. More and more of the people I worked for were facing a hard choice — leave the home they'd lived in for decades, or stay in a house that had started working against them. And I kept seeing how a few thoughtful changes could be the difference between moving and staying.
That's the work I'm proudest of now. Bend Home 360 focuses on helping seniors age safely and comfortably in their own homes, backed by specialized training in aging-in-place design. I still take on repairs and remodels of every size — but helping someone stay in the home they love is why I do this.
